Halloween

Well folks, Addison just doesn't quite *get* Halloween yet. I wish I could send out cute pictures of her in her costume, dancing around on a chocolate high, but that just isn't going to happen this year. She flat out refused to wear her little costume, so this Momma already has visions of two cute little girls dressed in their costumes next year. I'm sure I will have two angels who agree to dress up like Texas Sweeties. Maybe some cute warm-ups like this?
Grandma and Grandpa Moll came to visit for Addison's birthday and we all met at Jackie's house. Sine we don't get trick-or-treaters where we live, we figured we would spend the evening with Jackie and help her hand out candy. This is the part that Addison loved. She would peak through the window and hand out candy to all of the little boys and girls.


She also had lots of fun digging through the "dress up basket" that Mommy won at our church's silent auction. We love the tiaras!



Grandma definitely had a blast with the girls... notice Emme's wings?

   Well, we finally made it to Arkansas after a very, very, very, very long night. There was on-and-off driving, sleeping (well, it was really a lot of little naps) on the couch, the table seat, my real bed for about two hours, then back to the table seat. But we made it!    On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, we played with Billy and EJ, built forts, and spent a lot of time on the lake. But today, Billy and EJ were back in school and my sisters and I had nothing to do. So Uncle Gannon took us to Crystal Bridges. We saw some really cool things, went on some trails, and got lost for about half an hour. But it was worth it!     We are leaving on Thursday, so we have one more day to have fun with our cousins and then it's off to the next state and the next adventure. ~ Emme

DISNEY (part 2)

Day Three started out EARLY!  We had 7:30 reservations at Chef Mickey, so we left Nana and Papa to sleep in and we headed out for our next adventure.  Tons. Of. Fun. AGAIN!!  The girls loved dancing around and thought it was super cool that we let them have as much syrup and whipped cream on their pancakes and hot cocoa as they wanted! Here are the girls dancing around after breakfast. Donald was a definite favorite! But Goofy really got Emme's attention.  They were fast friends!! After breakfast, we decided to relax around the pool for a bit before heading to Hollywood Studios.  Addison got up the nerve to go down the super long water slide.  It was really cool to watch her do that!  Emme wasn't quite as brave, but loved spending time in the pool! After the pool, we all headed back to our rooms and the girls took a long nap.  They had been going so fast, they finally needed time to crash!!
