Easter Egg Hunting

Image
It's egg hunting season around here. We already went to two Easter Egg Hunts, and I bet there is at least one more in our future. The girls had a blast racing for eggs and Mommy was happy that they were filled with stickers and tattoos instead of candy and gum!

Spring Time

Spring is officially here in Texas. And we had a VERY full weekend to show for it. We started out visiting our brand new Farmer's Market in our town - they even had yak meat - and Addison rocked out with the band. Pappy held her hand while she got a big-girl shampoo and while she got her hair cut. We also spent a lot of time dancing. The girls learned a new song, Little Sally Saucer, thanks to Pappy and have been singing it ever since. And finally, we spent time ready books. The girls...

Words of Wisdom from the Girls

Emme, looking up at her daddy: You're old. And I'm two. ******************************************* Addison, playing on the floor with Papa: What's in your belly? Papa: What do you mean? Addison: There's a baby in your belly. It's big. At that point, I believe Papa walked away and Nana just laughed.
