Addison: Where's "de party" Mommy? We going to a party?

Papa (at his old office showing Addison around): Addison, this is the owner of the business.

Addison: I wanna meet someone else, Papa.

Addison also had a "vewy 'citing" time at the airport last night. She and Papa were watching planes taxi into the gate and one was very close. Addison waved to the pilot and he actually waved back to her through the window. She was thrilled. She also got to go into the front of the plane as we were boarding to say hi to the pilot. He flashed all of his lights for her. Not so impressed was the little girl. Go figure.

p.s. Thanks to Nana who taught Addison to say, "I'm adorable." She hasn't stopped since. Thanks also to Uncle Matt who taught her to say "Maker's Mark." She hasn't said it again, but I just know that it will come up at the most appropriate time :-)

Here's hoping when Addison gets to de party, she lets everyone know how adorable she is by bringing a bottle of Maker's Mark.

Nice going Addison, learning new words is vewy citing.

   Well, we finally made it to Arkansas after a very, very, very, very long night. There was on-and-off driving, sleeping (well, it was really a lot of little naps) on the couch, the table seat, my real bed for about two hours, then back to the table seat. But we made it!    On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, we played with Billy and EJ, built forts, and spent a lot of time on the lake. But today, Billy and EJ were back in school and my sisters and I had nothing to do. So Uncle Gannon took us to Crystal Bridges. We saw some really cool things, went on some trails, and got lost for about half an hour. But it was worth it!     We are leaving on Thursday, so we have one more day to have fun with our cousins and then it's off to the next state and the next adventure. ~ Emme

DISNEY (part 2)

Day Three started out EARLY!  We had 7:30 reservations at Chef Mickey, so we left Nana and Papa to sleep in and we headed out for our next adventure.  Tons. Of. Fun. AGAIN!!  The girls loved dancing around and thought it was super cool that we let them have as much syrup and whipped cream on their pancakes and hot cocoa as they wanted! Here are the girls dancing around after breakfast. Donald was a definite favorite! But Goofy really got Emme's attention.  They were fast friends!! After breakfast, we decided to relax around the pool for a bit before heading to Hollywood Studios.  Addison got up the nerve to go down the super long water slide.  It was really cool to watch her do that!  Emme wasn't quite as brave, but loved spending time in the pool! After the pool, we all headed back to our rooms and the girls took a long nap.  They had been going so fast, they finally needed time to crash!!
