Bowling

Addison, Emme, Andy, friends and I all went bowling this weekend. It was the first time bowling for the girls and they loved it. Not only did the lane have bumpers, but they also had a frame that the girls could put their ball on and then have it roll down so the ball would get all the way down the lane. I think these pictures are great and Addison actually broke 50 for one game!

Here is a bit of your family bowling history. Your Great Great Grandmother (Elizabeth Magdlin) was a bowler. Your Great Grandmother (Eileen Leeders) taught bowling for many years. Your Uncle Todd has a 200+ bowling average and a perfect 300 score in league competition to his credit.

Hope to see you on the cover of the LPGA magazine in 25 years.

The girls are so adorable! And growing so fast! Since we can't live closer I am glad we can watch them grow on the blog!!

   Well, we finally made it to Arkansas after a very, very, very, very long night. There was on-and-off driving, sleeping (well, it was really a lot of little naps) on the couch, the table seat, my real bed for about two hours, then back to the table seat. But we made it!    On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, we played with Billy and EJ, built forts, and spent a lot of time on the lake. But today, Billy and EJ were back in school and my sisters and I had nothing to do. So Uncle Gannon took us to Crystal Bridges. We saw some really cool things, went on some trails, and got lost for about half an hour. But it was worth it!     We are leaving on Thursday, so we have one more day to have fun with our cousins and then it's off to the next state and the next adventure. ~ Emme

DISNEY (part 2)

Day Three started out EARLY!  We had 7:30 reservations at Chef Mickey, so we left Nana and Papa to sleep in and we headed out for our next adventure.  Tons. Of. Fun. AGAIN!!  The girls loved dancing around and thought it was super cool that we let them have as much syrup and whipped cream on their pancakes and hot cocoa as they wanted! Here are the girls dancing around after breakfast. Donald was a definite favorite! But Goofy really got Emme's attention.  They were fast friends!! After breakfast, we decided to relax around the pool for a bit before heading to Hollywood Studios.  Addison got up the nerve to go down the super long water slide.  It was really cool to watch her do that!  Emme wasn't quite as brave, but loved spending time in the pool! After the pool, we all headed back to our rooms and the girls took a long nap.  They had been going so fast, they finally needed time to crash!!
