Super Bunnies

Oh my gosh... how can anyone not think these two are adorable?!?!?! For as tough and "high spirited" as they are, they continue to be tons of fun. When I see these faces, I realize just how much I can handle Emme only wanting to wear a CERTAIN type of diaper (the one with the pink dog on it that is only one of every seven in the package) or the fact that Addison only wants to ever eat round noodles and waffles (at the same meal).

Today was dress as your favorite fairy tale character or super hero at school... and as we all know, I'm not about the whole "princess" thing, so I asked if they wanted to be a bunny or mouse from one of their books. Well, as it turns out, Addison's teacher was going to be the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland and Addison wanted to be a bunny as well. Thus, the "Super Bunny" was born. I think they had fun!!! But because they are "high spirited" (read: difficult as herding cats) I have no doubt that they will want to be bunnies for the next six weeks and I'm soon to run out of my good eyeliner and lipstick!

   Well, we finally made it to Arkansas after a very, very, very, very long night. There was on-and-off driving, sleeping (well, it was really a lot of little naps) on the couch, the table seat, my real bed for about two hours, then back to the table seat. But we made it!    On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, we played with Billy and EJ, built forts, and spent a lot of time on the lake. But today, Billy and EJ were back in school and my sisters and I had nothing to do. So Uncle Gannon took us to Crystal Bridges. We saw some really cool things, went on some trails, and got lost for about half an hour. But it was worth it!     We are leaving on Thursday, so we have one more day to have fun with our cousins and then it's off to the next state and the next adventure. ~ Emme

DISNEY (part 2)

Day Three started out EARLY!  We had 7:30 reservations at Chef Mickey, so we left Nana and Papa to sleep in and we headed out for our next adventure.  Tons. Of. Fun. AGAIN!!  The girls loved dancing around and thought it was super cool that we let them have as much syrup and whipped cream on their pancakes and hot cocoa as they wanted! Here are the girls dancing around after breakfast. Donald was a definite favorite! But Goofy really got Emme's attention.  They were fast friends!! After breakfast, we decided to relax around the pool for a bit before heading to Hollywood Studios.  Addison got up the nerve to go down the super long water slide.  It was really cool to watch her do that!  Emme wasn't quite as brave, but loved spending time in the pool! After the pool, we all headed back to our rooms and the girls took a long nap.  They had been going so fast, they finally needed time to crash!!
