We had such a nice Easter weekend this year. On Saturday we joined some great friends of ours for an egg hunt, face painting, cookie decorating and fun in the bounce house. Emme is a pretty smart little girl. During the egg hunt, the silly girl went around to all of the eggs, bent down to open them, picked the candy she wanted out of the eggs and left the empty ones for some other unsuspecting child. On Easter Sunday, the Easter Bunny came early and left a trail of green yarn all around the house. The girls had to follow the yarn to the end in order to find their Easter baskets. They also had fun searching around the house for the hidden eggs. We hope your Easter was as wonderful as ours.

Aunt Minnie (Micki) and Uncle Eddie came for a visit last week and we had such a nice time together. The weather turned out to be gorgeous and the girls loved playing with their new "friends". These are just some of the pictures that Aunt Micki took. Thanks for sending!

A few weeks ago we celebrated Papa's birthday. It was quite the party with a lot of friends and family. Addison's favorite part was the microphone... enjoy! Blowing out the candles... Grandpa, Auntie Shirley and Grandma... We clean up nicely, huh? The cake was de-lish! Look at how blue her eyes are... Addison saying a prayer before dinner

This picture was too cute of Addison getting ready for bed. She has all of her "friends" including from the left: baby, blue friend (hiding), froggy, bear and baby-baby. We tuck them all in every night, but blue friend is her favorite. It is actually a molecular representation of the common cold, courtesy of Uncle Matt. We also have sleeping sickness, but he's not as popular and thus not invited to the bed-time fun! Go figure...

Well, not really, but was a pretty significant hailstorm. There was enough left over to make a snowman...sort of. P.S. No damage to any vehicles at our house.
